To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nereus Data shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
